$5,800 in Savings?

We recently provided a policy for an insured through the NCIP-Lloyd’s program that save a whopping $5,800 over the national Flood Program quote. The National Flood program required an elevation certificate to lower the premium, which the purchasing party did not have. We were able to work with the NCIP program administrators and they provided us with an outstanding policy with no elevation cert requirement!
